Description

Creamy Pork Tenderloin is a quick and comforting dish that brings gourmet flavor to your dinner table in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Pork Tenderloin (Can substitute with chicken breast.)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream (Substitute with half-and-half or coconut cream.)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth (Can substitute with vegetable broth or water.)
  • 1 tsp Thyme (Can substitute with rosemary or Italian seasoning.)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard (Optional for added tang.)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Butter (Used for searing the pork.)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
  • 1 medium Onion (Chopped, optional.)

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat until it’s shimmering.
  3. Place the seasoned pork in the skillet, searing for about 3-4 minutes per side until nicely browned. Remove the pork and let it rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and chopped onion (if using). Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up the browned bits. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and thyme. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the seared pork back to the skillet, coating in the creamy sauce. Heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
