Description

A quick and easy recipe for homemade strawberry ice cream without an ice cream maker, using just a handful of ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mash the strawberries with a little sugar and let them sit until juicy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and the juicy strawberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or suitable container.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.

Notes
