- 2 cups eggnog
- 4 large eggs

- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ cup granulated sugar

- ½ cup raisins (optional)
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the eggnog, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the cubed donuts to the mixture, making sure they are well coated.
- If using, fold in the raisins gently until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
- Serve warm, topped with whipped cream if desired.
