A moist and savory cranberry glazed turkey meatloaf recipe that’s easy to make for a weeknight dinner. This simple turkey meatloaf features a sweet and tangy cranberry glaze.

- 1.5 lbs ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the cranberry sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce for the cranberry glaze.
- Spread half of the cranberry glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Spread the remaining cranberry glaze over the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a moist turkey meatloaf, be careful not to overmix the ingredients.
- You can substitute fresh cranberries for cranberry sauce if desired.
- Adjust the sweetness of the glaze by adding more or less cranberry sauce.
