  • 2 slices Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan Butter
  • 2 slices Vegan Muenster Cheese
  • 2 slices Vegan Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 medium Roma Tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Vegan Pesto
  • 1 spray Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Generously spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of whole wheat bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of the bread, spread a layer of vegan pesto.
