- Biscoff cookie crumbs (for garnish, optional)
- Cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for a warm spice finish)
Instructions
- Brew your espresso shot using your espresso machine or make a strong cup of coffee.
- Heat the Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until soft.
- Steam your milk using a milk frother or gently heat it in a saucepan.
- Pour the espresso into a large mug. Add the vanilla syrup and warmed cookie butter, then stir to combine.
- Slowly pour the steamed milk into the mug, leaving some foam for the top. Stir gently.
- Top with whipped cream if desired, and garnish with cinnamon, nutmeg, or Biscoff cookie crumbs. Serve immediately.
