- 4 cups pastel mini marshmallows

- 1.5 cups shredded coconut
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and tools, measuring them properly.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth and glossy.
- Prepare two large pieces of wax paper by sprinkling shredded coconut on each.
- In a large bowl, combine marshmallows and nuts. Pour cooled chocolate over and mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into logs on the coconut-lined wax paper. Sprinkle remaining coconut over the logs.
- Wrap logs in wax paper and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice logs into 1/2-inch pieces and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Ensure chocolate is cool before adding marshmallows to keep them intact. You can make these nut-free by omitting nuts or using seeds.
