- 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla extract
- 340 g (2 cups) semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 177°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time and mix until combined, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into rounds and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
- Space dough balls on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
