- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and lay flat on parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Fold in the shredded chicken.
- Spread the chicken and ricotta mixture evenly over each cooked lasagna noodle. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up each noodle tightly, starting from one end.
- Place the chicken roll up lasagna rolls seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the top of the rolls. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
