- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

- Place the cauliflower rice in a microwave-safe bowl, cover with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 5-6 minutes until softened. Let it cool.
- Transfer the cooled cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained cauliflower with the egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick, ensuring there are no cracks.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown and firm.
- Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before adding your desired toppings.
Notes
- For the best flavor and texture, use fresh cauliflower.
- Ensure you squeeze out as much moisture as possible for a crispier crust.
- Experiment with different cheeses and spices for variations.
- The crust can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
