Description

These Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a perfect combination of spicy, cheesy, and savory. Tender shredded chicken tossed in zesty buffalo sauce is layered inside soft Hawaiian buns with melted mozzarella and ranch, then baked until golden and gooey. They are ideal for game day, family dinners, or parties.

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 Hawaiian slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo wing sauce and 2 tablespoons melted butter until fully coated.
  3. Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Evenly spread the buffalo chicken mixture over the buns.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the chicken.
  6. Drizzle with ranch dressing and add sliced green onions.
  7. Place the top half of the buns back on.
  8. Brush the tops with 2 tablespoons melted butter mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and smoked paprika.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  10. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  12. Slice and serve warm.
