Deliciously Easy Berry Lemonade for a Refreshing Summer Sip
Ingredients

- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups water
- 1 ½ cups frozen mixed berries
- Ice
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 ½ cups of frozen mixed berries, and ½ cup of water. Stir and bring to a gentle boil, simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, allow to cool, then blend the mixture on high until smooth.
- Place 2 cups of ice in a large pitcher and strain the blended berry syrup over the ice, catching any seeds.
- Add 1 cup of lemon juice and 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher, stir well and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, serve over ice with extra berries or lemon slices.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness as desired; honey can be used too.
- Modify water based on taste preferences.
- Using frozen berries is a time-saver.
