  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • Olive oil, for brushing
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the crust by placing the pre-made pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce and mix well.
  4. Spread the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken.
