Description

A refreshing and easy-to-make No-Bake Pineapple Cream Pie that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups (150 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (115 g) melted butter
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 1 can (20 oz / 565 g) crushed pineapple, well-drained (reserve 2 tbsp juice)
  • 1 box (3.4 oz / 96 g) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (480 ml) whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • ¼ cup (30 g) chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish
  • Extra pineapple chunks or toasted coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until evenly moistened. Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch (23 cm) pie dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to set.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened. Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and blend well. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple, reserved juice, and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until light and fluffy.
  3. Pour the filling into the chilled graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Spread the remaining whipped cream evenly over the filling. Sprinkle with chopped pecans, pineapple chunks, or toasted coconut. Garnish with maraschino cherries for a festive touch.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) until firm and fully set.

Notes

  • This pie can be made a day in advance for best results.
  • Feel free to substitute with other nuts if desired.
  • Use fresh pineapple for a more intense flavor.
