Description

Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Balls are a no-bake, refreshing, and nourishing snack inspired by the classic mint chocolate chip flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut butter)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 24 tablespoons milk of choice
  • ½ teaspoon peppermint extract (adjust to taste)
  • ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rolled oats and protein powder, breaking up any clumps.
  2. Stir in nut butter, honey or maple syrup, milk, and peppermint extract until a thick dough forms.
  3. If too dry, add a splash of milk. If too wet, add more oats or protein powder.
  4. Gently mix in the mini chocolate chips.
  5. Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  6. Refrigerate briefly to firm up, then enjoy.
