- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- Add the ranch dressing and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt as a substitute for ranch dressing.
