Description

A delicious and easy-to-make pasta salad featuring crispy bacon and ranch dressing, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumbers, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and mix well until all ingredients are coated.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, use Greek yogurt as a substitute for ranch dressing.
