Description

Crispy air fryer gnocchi tossed with Parmesan and spices. Ready in 15 minutes for an easy snack or appetizer with marinara for dipping.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 17.5 oz. package shelf-stable gnocchi (not boiled)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp coarse salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan (plus more for garnish)
  • fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
  2. Dump the seasoned gnocchi in the basket of your air fryer in an even layer (if your air fryer is smaller than 6 quarts, you’ll need to cook in 2 batches).
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F then air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking every 5 minutes, so they crisp up on all sides.
  4. Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and garnish with a bit more Parmesan and chopped parsley. Enjoy with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
