Description
Crispy air fryer gnocchi tossed with Parmesan and spices. Ready in 15 minutes for an easy snack or appetizer with marinara for dipping.
Ingredients

- 17.5 oz. package shelf-stable gnocchi (not boiled)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp coarse salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan (plus more for garnish)
- fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)
- marinara sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss to coat.
- Dump the seasoned gnocchi in the basket of your air fryer in an even layer (if your air fryer is smaller than 6 quarts, you’ll need to cook in 2 batches).
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F then air fry for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy, shaking every 5 minutes, so they crisp up on all sides.
- Transfer to a shallow serving bowl and garnish with a bit more Parmesan and chopped parsley. Enjoy with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
